In a bowl put maida,atta,salt,water and knead a soft dough and keep it aside
In a bowl take carrot,cabbage,capcium,beans,onion,salt,mixed herbs and mash it with your hands
Then put poha on it and star mashing and it became dry
Now take our dough and divide it into small pieces and start rolling it
Now take one piece of it and spread some oil and maida and cover with other piece
And then again roll like roti
Now bake it half in a hot tawa and open it
And cut all into three parts
And take one part and make samosa shape and put some mixture of it
And cover it with maida paste
For making maida paste put some maida on a cup and some water and make a paste
And fry it well
Your mini samosa are ready to eat 😋😋😋😋
